She has more than 15 years of HR and IR experience across a number of industries in Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong. Julie is admitted to practice law in Western Australia, New South Wales and New Zealand. She provides advice and support to a variety of industries including energy and resources, aviation, production, heath care and local government, providing timely and tailored advice to meet her clients’ organisational needs and workplace strategies.

Julie’s experience includes:

  • Legal practice including representing construction and mining companies and contractors in various courts and tribunals with respect to industrial disputes, employee discipline and discrimination issues and health and safety prosecutions;
  • Senior HR and IR roles in industry as well as a stint as IR Director of an airline pilot’s association.
